4. Ticket and Merchandise Sale
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. Tickets must be presented for entry into the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person from the event who violates our rules and policies. All merchandise sales are final. Returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy. Merchandise will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been shipped.
5. Limitation of Liability
Walcott Wreckers will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
6. Indemnification
